Return and Cancellation Policy

Delivery of goods/services:

Physical goods will be despatched within 7 working days of receipt of order. Access to digital contents such as ebooks or online practice tests will be granted within 3 working days of receipt of order.

Returns:

Returns and Refunds are very much possible on website www.ignitedmindlab.com except under some circumstances. If you are not satisfied with the product or your purchase, you may return the items back to Ignited Mind Lab. Return requests will be accepted if made according to the following terms.

  1. Any physical book/paperback Book/question paper set ordered need to be returned within 7 days of delivery. A return can be initiated for a partial quantity also. All items returned must be unused and in their original condition.
  2. All digital contents such as ebooks/online tests are non-refundable/non-returnable.

To proceed with the return process follow the below mentioned steps -

  1. E-mail us at support@ignitedmindlab.com or contact us on +91-22-24143077
  2. You will receive an email explaining you the complete return process and initiating the same for your order. Refund will be made for the product cost only. The shipping charges will not be refunded.
  3. After receiving email, ship the product(s) to the address as informed to you. The courier cost incurred in returning the products will be borne by customers only.
  4. We would process your refunds within 2 weeks of receipt of the returned products. The amount will be refunded in the same account from which order was made.

Defective/Wrong Products:

In case of defective/wrong products, please write to us at  support@ignitedmindlab.com or contact us on +91-22-24143077 and we’ll make sure you receive the right product.

Cancellations:

If you want to cancel your order, send us a mail to support@ignitedmindlab.com with the subject as "Cancel Order Number ______" and mention the complete details in the email, anytime before it is dispatched from our warehouse. In case the order is already dispatched by us, we may not be able to stop delivery / cancel the order. 

Exchange of the products:

Please be attentive while buying the products. Exchange is limited to some circumstances -

  1. Physical books are exchanged if the request has been sent within 7 days of delivery
  2. Wrong products ordered and returned within 7 days.
